We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 15 business days from the time of placing the order and payment realization. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.
Custom order
For a custom rug, the delivery timeline depends on the production time. The production time depends on the number of knots per inch, and size of the rug. To calculate, we can assume that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:
1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation.
3. You can check order details from “My Account” page.
Is shipped Is there any hidden cost?
For all Indian orders : RETAIL PRICE AT CHECKOUT are final and with all tax included For International orders : There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at imperial.creations@ymail.com.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us on +0 971.886.3425 or email us at – imperial.creations@ymail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched in 2-3 days of ordering online.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account in 7 -10 working days through the original mode of payment. This May vary on payment source / bank to bank. Sometimes banks may take up-to 14 days in case of any issue).
Returns
The Easy Returns Process-
• Return request must be raised within 48 Hours, after receipt
• Call us on +0 971.886.3425 or email us at – imperial.creations@ymail.com.
• We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
• A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
• On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours
